Longview Builders, Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Hackett. As a native of North Carolina, Kevin realizes all of the wonderful attributes that living here in Western North Carolina can offer. After graduating from Appalachian State University in Boone, a recognized leader in the Sustainable Development community, Kevin relocated to Asheville and spent four years working with a construction consulting firm. Feeling a need to get out of the office and onto a job site, Kevin and his family moved to Charlotte. There he worked as a Project Manager for one of the top ten home builders in the nation. While in Charlotte, Kevin earned his North Carolina General Contractors License and gained invaluable knowledge in scheduling, estimating, and advanced construction techniques. The draw of the mountains and the pursuit to own his own construction company brought him back to Asheville.

Longview Builders, Inc. was formed in 2007 with the intent to provide the highest quality constructed homes around. Whether it is your vacation home, or your first house, the attention to detail in our homes is second to none. We specialize in homes that exceed Energy Star standards and are North Carolina Healthy Built Certified.
